米飯生產(chǎn)線,自動(dòng)米飯生產(chǎn)線,米飯?jiān)O(shè)備,米飯機(jī),中央廚房

米倉:將大米提升、儲(chǔ)藏;

洗米、送米:利用水的射流作用對(duì)大米進(jìn)行循環(huán)沖洗、去除雜物,且不損傷大米,*大限度地保留大米原有的營養(yǎng)成分。

計(jì)量配水:以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)炊飯鍋為單位進(jìn)行自動(dòng)計(jì)量,每鍋7.5~8公斤大米,然后定量配水。

浸泡:在炊飯鍋或浸泡槽中浸泡15~30分鐘,是大米充分吸收水分。

炊飯、燜飯:時(shí)間約各需17分鐘,先用密集線型帶斜度的火焰加熱炊制米飯,然后提升,利用上部分余熱進(jìn)行燜制,效果*,節(jié)約能源。

翻轉(zhuǎn)扒松:將飯鍋內(nèi)的米飯進(jìn)行翻轉(zhuǎn)扒松,使米飯達(dá)到松軟、可口。

 

 

Rice storageopen the raw rice package,and pour into the rice storage bin。

Rice washing and feedingutilize the water beam flow to wash the rice,remove the impurities and avoid causing breakup。

Water dispensingfor the standard rice pan,accommodate 7.5 to 8 kg rice,and then add some amout of water。

Rice soakingrice will be soaked for 17 minutes in rice pan or soaking tank in order to absorb enough water。
