米倉:將大米提升、儲藏; 洗米、送米:利用水的射流作用對大米進行循環(huán)沖洗、去除雜物,且不損傷大米,*大限度地保留大米原有的營養(yǎng)成分。 計量配水:以標準炊飯鍋為單位進行自動計量,每鍋7.5~8公斤大米,然后定量配水。 浸泡:在炊飯鍋或浸泡槽中浸泡15~30分鐘,是大米充分吸收水分。 炊飯、燜飯:時間約各需17分鐘,先用密集線型帶斜度的火焰加熱炊制米飯,然后提升,利用上部分余熱進行燜制,效果*,節(jié)約能源。 翻轉扒松:將飯鍋內(nèi)的米飯進行翻轉扒松,使米飯達到松軟、可口。
